- We require a deposit of 20% to formalize the reservation.

By agreement of the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya as of November 1, 2012, the tax on stays in tourist establishments must begin to be applied to customers of all Catalan tourist accommodations (Article 6.2 of Decree 129/2012).
- The rate to be applied is 0.60 € per overnight stay (VAT included).
- Maximum quantity: 7 overnight stays per customer
- Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the rate.

The cancellation of the reservation involves the following deductions:
1. 5% of the deposit, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than thirty days prior to the date set for occupying the accommodation.
2. 50% of the down payment, when the cancellation is made with thirty or less days and more than seven.
3. 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made less than seven days in advance.
In the event of circumstances beyond the client's control or due to force majeure, the same criteria set forth in this section on cancellations will apply.
If the client wishes, the reservation will be held for another weekend.
